A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Sam has spent his summers and holidays growing up at his grandparents’ house in Inlet Beach with family and friends, knowing he wanted to one day call it home. After serving 4 years in the United States Navy as a Non-Commissioned Officer working in aviation and serving as part of the first crew for the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford in Norfolk, Virginia, he decided to transition from the military and attained a degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Given the opportunity to call 30A home, he joined The Gardner Team with Channing and Carly Gardner in 2020 and is forever grateful for what the 30A community has given him and always looks forward to helping people become a part of such a special place.
