Living in Boulder Colorado and wanting a property on 30A and seeing Channing's listings on line we talked, He sent me listings, went back and forth via email about listings we liked and didn't like we flew down, looked at 15+ homes. We wrote a contract on one and headed home. That home fell through but Channing immediately found a new list. We purchased that home sight unseen for 1.2M. We drove down the day after closing (middnight arrival) with our Labradors and found the key where Channing had left it.
